Excellent service. I look for the latest hearing aid and talk with some details. The audiologist, Mr Aaron Tay understands and selects the latest model of hearing aid. I have bought my new hearing aid. He is very friendly, kind person.

It was an pleasant check up and I had a very short talk to him abt my hearing aids and others. I'm Deaf but he communicated with me on paper and pen as well as the ms word in the computer which is incredibly vital for the communication between Deaf and the hearing. 🙂 Thank you and looking forward to the next check up.

Having been unable to hear on my left ear since young, implants have been on my wishlist to be able to hear on my both side. Having to always walked on the right side of people have been so frustrating. With this implants on, I have benefit greatly to be able to hear clearly on both side. No more worries of trying to squeeze in to walk on the right side of everyone! Staff was also very helpful in helping me to source for a stronger magnet which I needed badly.
